Grade 70 Transport Chain

Grade 70 transport chain is the industry standard for over-the-road cargo securement in North America, mandated by FMCSA/DOT regulations for trucking and trailer applications. Made from heat-treated carbon steel with a distinctive gold chromate coating (for corrosion resistance and quick visual ID), it delivers ~50% higher strength than Grade 30. While optimized for tensioning with binders and ratchet devices, it remains a non-lifting chain—never approved for overhead lifting or personnel support.
