Grade 80 alloy chain is the industry-standard lifting-grade chain for overhead hoisting and load handling—heat-treated, quenched & tempered alloy steel offering 2.5× the strength of Grade 30. Widely used in chain slings, hoist lines, and rigging assemblies across construction, manufacturing, and logistics. Mandatory orange color coding (per EN 818-7), batch traceability, and CE marking ensure compliance with EU Machinery Directive and OSHA/ASME B30.9 in North America. Not for towing or transport—strictly for vertical lifting.
