6×37M Steel Wire Rope ISO 2408 Class – Ultra-Flexible IWRC Wire Rope

The 6×37M steel wire rope delivers exceptional flexibility and superior fatigue resistance, making it ideal for dynamic and repetitive load applications. Constructed with 6 strands of 37 wires each (1+6+12+18), it features up to 18 outer wires per strand for smooth operation over sheaves. Compliant with ISO 2408:2017, available with FC or IWRC cores and tensile strengths up to 1960 MPa. Diameter range: 5mm to 60mm, with breaking forces reaching 2250 kN. Commonly used in tower cranes, elevators, offshore drilling, and high-cycle lifting systems where rope longevity under bending stress is critical.
