Applications:
GROMMET slings are designed for lifting particularly heavy loads and are compatible with various lifting devices such as cranes and hoists. They are ideal for industrial lifting operations requiring robust, flexible, and safe load-handling equipment.

Usage Guidelines:
Always use GROMMET slings in pairs for balanced lifting.
The diameter of suspension pins should be at least four times greater than the rope diameter.
The slings must not cross during use.
The contact point (marked with color) should never be positioned at the load suspension points — such as crane hooks or load hooks — but should remain along the free length of the sling.

GROMMET endless slings are manufactured from six-strand steel wire ropes with either an organic or steel core. Around the core rope, six layers of coiled ropes are wound to form a continuous loop structure. This design provides exceptional flexibility, achieved through the high number of individual wires within the cross section — ranging from 7×6×19 (798 wires) up to 7×6×37 (1554 wires).

These closed-loop wire rope slings offer high tensile strength, excellent resistance to mechanical wear, and durability under harsh weather conditions. They are made using premium-quality materials, ensuring long service life and consistent performance. All GROMMET slings are produced in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and PN-EN 13414-4 standards.
