ASTM A 1023 Wire Rope

ASTM A1023 is the standard specification for stainless steel wire rope, covering construction, mechanical properties, and testing requirements for grades 302/304, 305, 316, and 321. Designed for high corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments, these ropes are commonly used in marine hardware, architectural cable systems, food processing equipment, and chemical handling—where rust prevention and hygiene are critical.
