Four-Leg Bridle Wire Rope Slings
At the top of our bridle sling range, Four-Leg Bridle Wire Rope Slings distribute a load across four EIPS IWRC rope legs and alloy oblong links for the heaviest or widest picks in the lineup. Rope sizes run from 1/4 inch to 1-1/2 inch with working load limits published at 60, 45, and 30 degree angles, spanning about 1.3 tons at the lightest configuration up to 73 tons at 60 degrees on the largest size. Because four-leg geometry rarely loads all legs equally in practice, published capacities already assume a conservative load-sharing allowance rather than a simple four-times single-leg figure. This sling is specified where a two- or three-leg rig would leave the load unstable, such as large equipment skids, structural frames, or platforms with four defined lift points. Matched hooks and oblong links across the size range keep every component in the assembly rated to the same standard.
