Grade 80 Pear Shaped Links

Grade 80 Pear Shaped Links is one of the standard fittings in SAFETYLIFT's wire rope and rigging hardware range, produced consistent with Grade 80 (G80) chain sling hardware. As a Grade 80 pear-shaped terminal link, it seats securely over a crane hook with its oversized, pear-shaped eye, while its tapered end connects to the chain to form the top fitting of a single-leg sling. Manufacturing-wise, the part is forged from Grade 80 alloy steel, heat treated and proof tested to match the connected chain's rated capacity. GMC's customers typically select this fitting for the top terminal fitting of single-leg Grade 80 chain slings used in general overhead lifting, and rely on our factory's forging and heat-treatment controls to keep every piece within its rated working load limit.
